Therefore, we make sure that our products have a guarantee, and also full product details are clear on the product page. However, errors may occur, and in order to guarantee your right, we have explained to you your rights to return and exchange:
Within 7 days of receiving the order, you have the right to (exchange and/or return) in the following cases:
1- If the product differs from the order and/or specifications:
2- If the product has a manufacturing defect:
3- If you change your mind about the application:
Opened products, and/or those that worked and/or used what they need to be returned or replaced.
You can request to replace it with another product of the same value or request a refund
knowing that:
$ A shipping fee of 20 riyals will be charged for returning products + a shipping fee for resending of 19 riyals (in the event of an exchange) that can be paid via mada or via bank transfer only
Example of a return case:
*The total invoice for your purchases, including tax, with a value of 100 riyals, includes the following:
The value of the products including tax = 62 riyals
Payment fee upon receipt = 19 riyals
Shipping = 19 riyals
In the event that you request a return: Only the value of the products will be refunded (minus) the return shipping fee
(62 riyals - 20 riyals = 42 riyals)
So the amount due to you is 42 riyals, which will be returned to your account according to the payment method used after receiving the products
After more than 7 days to 30 days have passed since you received the order, you are entitled to (exchange only) in the following cases:
1 - If the product differs from the order and/or specifications
Or 2- If the product has a manufacturing defect:
* We will exchange it for you with a new one. And the shipping fee is on us.
Exception to return or exchange
Cancellation of orders:
If you change your mind about the order, you can cancel it directly from your account on the site, or contact Yellow Box customer service on WhatsApp and provide them with the order number.
