    We are keen in Yellow Box that the products offered on the site are covered by a guarantee from the authorized agent or distributor of the brand.

    However, not all products offered on the site are covered by the warranty, so you should check carefully before purchasing regarding the warranty and its duration. Any product that has a warranty, the warranty period is clearly written, whether in the title or description of the product, the product box, or mentioned in the advertisement.


    - Warranty on covered products begins as soon as you receive the product.


    - To request warranty services during the warranty period written in the box or in the product description on the website or advertisement, all you have to do is:

    1- Go to the maintenance department of the brand’s agent or authorized distributor in your area; (For example, but not limited to: Apple products - maintenance department, Arab accounts...)

    2- In the event that there is no authorized maintenance department for the brand in your area, maintenance and/or replacement is carried out through Yellow Box customer service .

    For maintenance requests from a yellow box:

    • The customer bears the shipping cost only for yellow box warehouses (19 riyals)
    • Shipping fee for resending the product (new/after repair) to the customer is free.
